A Certified Associate for Project Management assists his or
her
project manager and ensures the execution of methodological tasks
under time pressure. The PMI significantly reduced the
prerequisites for this beginner's credential in comparison to the
PMP. As soon as CAPMs are able to meet the requirements for the PMP
exam, they should embark on the upgrade.
